Project Overview

Problem Statement: MRANTI needed a platform to provide an engaging and informative experience for visitors interested in exploring 5G technologies.

Objectives:

Design an interactive platform to educate and engage users on the impact of 5G.
Integrate a booking system for visits and expert consultations.
Provide a seamless user experience for diverse personas like government officials, researchers, and corporates.

What I did

Responsibilities:
- Led the research, wireframing, and design for the experience centre and user journey.
- Facilitated design sprints with internal teams to align on user personas and goals.
- Worked closely with developers to ensure smooth implementation of UI/UX features.
Collaboration: Worked alongside the Marketing and Business Development team, developers, and product managers to ensure a cohesive design strategy aligned with MRANTI’s goals.

Research:
- Conducted workshops to identify key user personas, such as government officials, researchers, and corporate stakeholders.
- Mapped out the user journey, ensuring the digital touchpoints aligned with their goals, motivations, and pain points.
Design Approach:
- Focused on a delightful user experience through seamless navigation, visual hierarchy, and intuitive structure.
- Created a responsive design that supports various devices, with a mobile-first approach.
