The Manfaat Portal project centres on creating a comprehensive online platform to streamline public access to the latest information on cross-agency initiatives from various Ministries and Government Agencies. The initiative aims to enhance transparency, efficiency, and accessibility for citizens seeking up-to-date details on government programs and services. The scope involves the development of a user-friendly website with a focus on intuitive navigation and information presentation.

The project employs a collaborative approach involving a dedicated team of UI/UX designers and Drupal developers. The UI/UX designers played a crucial role in shaping the user experience to ensure a seamless and user-centric design, optimising the portal for efficient information retrieval.
